I downloaded ISTA+ 4.61.30 Standalone. The application starts, but I get the error "The database installed is not complete". The SQLiteDBs folder contains files ending in .sqlite_xzw_1, .sqlite_xzw_2, etc. Is there an additional database installation step required for this package?

The SQLiteDBs folder is used to add or remove language packs. When exactly does the error occur?

It appears shortly after opening Ista, the window with the message pops up, if I press ok, ista window closes

All must work good, maybe Windows Defender block something.
